Position Overview
Pin Point Physical Therapy in Charlotte, NC is searching for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator who’s ready to revolutionize their career and make a profound impact on our patients’ lives.

Requirements

- Comfortable working with different age demographics
- Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
- Strong communication skills with patients and peers
- Thrives on innovation and loyal to your peers
- Attention to detail, particularly in mathematical and data processing
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Word
- Strong written, verbal, and general interactive communication skills
- Organizational skills, including priority setting, file maintenance, and report generation
- High school or equivalent skills and aptitude; business school graduate preferred
- Basic computer courses or equivalent preparation
- Medical or business office front desk management experience desirable but not required
