Professional Background
Born and raised on Long Island, NY. Attended New York College for Health Professionals, where I got my AOS in Massage therapy. I worked as a massage therapist in both medical and spa settings.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I worked in-house for a Physical Therapy office as well as being their PT Technician. When I relocated to Charlotte, I changed my position to a Patient Care Coordinator and helped with Tech work at my previous position.
My core values are treating people with respect and understanding. Sometimes you just don’t know what someone else is going through. Kindness can make a difference in that person’s day.

Specialties
I help patients understand their insurance benefits, help them get scheduled and try to make the patients and therapists come into a welcoming environment.
Something patients have to deal with that I want to fix is uncertainty. I want them to feel comfortable that they are in good hands and that our goal is to help them meet their goals.
I love working here because the patients receive one-on-one care. Our therapists are highly skilled and compassionate.
Personal Background
I love to read, bake, garden, and spend time with my large family. When I have time, I help foster puppies.
