Position Overview
Pin Point Physical Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced, full-time Office Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while also committing to ongoing learning and professional development.
As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, from athletes to seniors, and develop a wide range of skills. You’ll have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as the latest technology and equipment.
We want someone who loves working with patients, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about optimizing patients’ results so they can live better lives.
Requirements

- Comfortable working with different age demographics
- Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
- Strong communication skills with patients and peers
- Thrives on innovation and loyal to your peers
- Proven financial planning and financial management skills
- Knowledge of legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance compliance
- Ability to direct a team of medical receptionists while managing the demands of providing patient care duties
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to delegate administrative and insurance-related tasks as required
- Skilled at financial planning, budgeting, and staff management

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Experience
Three to five years of physical therapy office or office manager experience; significant interest and passion for healthcare leadership and building a small business.
