Erica Boulanger
PT, DPT
Professional Background
Erica Boulanger grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and completed her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Dance at Oklahoma State University. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from High Point University, where she developed a strong interest in pelvic health that ultimately shaped her career as a pelvic floor therapist.
She has completed post-doctoral training in pelvic health, including additional coursework through Herman & Wallace that allows her to treat both male and female pelvic floor patients. She has also completed advanced dry needling training through Myopain Seminars, as well as further pelvic floor and orthopedic coursework through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments. These experiences have strengthened her ability to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for a wide range of both orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions.
Specialties
Erica specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, treating conditions related to pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, postpartum recovery, and sexual health.
Many patients struggle with feeling misunderstood or dismissed when it comes to pelvic floor symptoms. Erica’s goal is to change that by creating a space where patients feel heard, validated, and supported. She aims to help remove the fear, confusion, and embarrassment that often surround pelvic health, replacing it with clear guidance, confidence, and a sense of control over their bodies.
Personal Background
When she is not working, Erica enjoys running, especially training for half and full marathons, as well as traveling and exploring new places. She also loves spending time in Oklahoma with her family whenever she can.
