Position Overview
Pin Point Physical Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced, full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while also committing to ongoing learning and professional development.
As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, from athletes to seniors, and develop a wide range of skills. You’ll have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as the latest technology and equipment. We want someone who loves working with patients, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about optimizing patients’ results so they can live better lives.
Requirements

- Licensed physical therapist assistant in North Carolina committed to empowering patients
- Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
- Strong communication skills with patients and peers
- Thrives on innovation and passionate about being a PTA
- Current CPR, AED, and first-aid certification
- Adequate command of both written and spoken English
- Competent with basic computer skills, including research databases, Google, Microsoft Suite, and computerized documentation and billing
- 3 years of experience as a PTA in a clinical setting or 3 positive clinical references
